About Us

Forza Construction Group, Inc. was founded in 2012 by father Andy Wang and his son Jerry; both graduates of the University of Washington's Construction Management program (30 years apart).  

Andy Wang started Kai Lin Construction in the 90s and Kudos Construction in the early 2000s until 2009 when construction slowed down. Andy pivoted to real estate until his son Jerry graduated from UW. Shortly after, they started Forza Construction Group and started working on residential and multi-family projects together. Andy's 40 years as a reputable builder working with various long-term clients laid the foundation for Forza Construction Group.  

Forza Construction Group provides valuable, multi-lingual construction services to many clients and believes the time spent early in development provides for a higher quality project.  We have built a reputation of honesty, integrity and competency and have become recognized as an industry leader in commercial, mixed-use, and high end residential construction.
